About Eastern Angles

Eastern Angles are a nationally-acclaimed touring theatre company specialising in new writing and plays that highlight and celebrate the local history and heritage of East Anglia. Over the last 35 years, the company have been making theatre and then performing this work in Ipswich, Peterborough, towns and villages across the East of England and further afield to London and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

Company Information

Eastern Angles' theatre work ranges from heritage-focused Spring Tours that take hidden stories and verbatim experiences to over 50 East Anglian venues every year, to large-scale spectacular site-specific shows, community engagement work in Peterborough and annual Christmas shows that mix musical story-telling, with anarchy to produce a sell-out alternative to the traditional panto.
